Jacob Doherty, a young entrepreneur, founded Soundlink Studio in early 2008. We started out as a recording studio recording local and regional bands of all genres. After 2 years we decided to expand, reaching out in as many creative outlets as we could. The video production side of Soundlink Studio emerged and eventually expanded us into what we are now: a versatile production studio providing professional quality audio and video productions for all varieties of consumers. We are based in the Cincinnati/Northern KY area but are always willing to travel to your destination!

Photograph Jacob Doherty Jacob Doherty Jacob's passion for being creative started in high school where he played with a Christian band for 3 years trying to make music that everyone can enjoy. After recording several EP's he quickly learned the beauty of what happens behind the mixer in a studio. He then attended brown Mackie College where he studied audio/video and realized even more passion for video. He became certified as a recording engineer at the recording workshop. He has since worked as the director of photography on a psychological/ thriller movie as well as several promotional videos for companies such as CityOf.com. Now he aspires to bring his experience and love of creative filmmaking to your project.
Photograph Kyle Schultz Kyle Schultz Kyle began at an early age behind the camera and has since then fell in love with the art of cinematography and video editing. Throughout high school he developed a strong passion for both film and music, where he began producing short films, music videos, and original songs. After graduation, he attended Ohio University where he studied Media Management and then continued his education at the University of Cincinnati, where he now studies Electronic Media. While attending UC, he has frequently been putting his video/audio editing skills to the test by producing professional-quality songs, music videos, promotional videos, and wedding videos in which he has all obtained a great passion and reputation for. Through experience, he has gained the understanding of individual customer expectations, and will work with you to capture your project in its best light.
Photograph TJ Bitter TJ Bitter After graduating Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Audio and Video Production TJ immediately began working in downtown Cincinnati for a production company. His role there varied from weekly editor of a locally televised business program to camera operator/audio technician/and in some instances Director of Photography. He has worked with some of the largest companies in the area, including: Procter & Gamble, First Group America, Batesville Casket Company and Fifth Third Bank. Working closely with clients to achieve desired results is what he does!
Photograph Katharine "Kat" Steele Katharine "Kat" Steele Katharine "Kat" Steele began her foray into filmmaking in 1998 as key hair and makeup on the set of an independent feature film, "Flying Changes", shot in Lexington, Kentucky. In addition to her filmmaking experience spanning over 30 film and video productions, she is the Cincinnati City Producer for the 48 Hour Film Project and Executive Director of the Cincinnati Film Festival, a competitive film festival non-profit event that annually receives hundreds of submissions from dozens of countries around the world. A former "dotcommer" that lived in Silicone Valley during the heyday, she foresaw the paradigm shift of media convergence early on by teaching herself web design and development in 1996 and is still a skilled web designer and developer, integrating video to web and conceptualizes new media technologies.

Photograph Tommy Morris Tommy Morris Tommy discovered his love for computers, computer repair, and video editing in early high school. He developed an immense passion for these hobbies and has dedicated years of researching and learning this art to incorporate them into a career. He has taught himself video editing on the latest professional software through experience and training in order to bring life into each project. He settles for nothing less than perfection!
